We have many different offers like these. For example, you may get a cheque after one month or after six months.

• You may be able to find your offer and details all about it in our chequeback calculator.
  
  
• If your offer is not in our chequeback calculator, refer to your terms and conditions. 
  
  
• If you don’t have these, email us and we’ll get the details for you.
  
  
• It may take up to 60 days before we send you the cheque.
  
  
• If you haven’t received your cheque, make sure that more than 14 days have gone by since you should have received your cheque before contacting us.
  
  
• If you've changed to a lower price plan or you're not up to date with your bills, then you won't be entitled to your chequeback.

Your credit appears automatically on your bill within 28-60 days of when you signed up to the offer.

• If you haven’t received your credit, make sure that more than 60 days has gone by since you signed up to the offer before getting in touch.
